The Professional Wedding Guild of Fort Worth brings together wedding and event professionals who are committed to excellence, strong relationships, and continued growth. PWG gives members a place to connect with trusted industry peers, learn from one another, and build referral relationships that can strengthen their businesses.
Membership is more than attending events. It is an opportunity to become part of an active professional community that values collaboration, education, ethical business practices, and exceptional service.
Build Meaningful Industry Relationships
PWG events create regular opportunities to meet and develop genuine relationships with wedding professionals throughout the Fort Worth area. Members can connect with venues, planners, caterers, photographers, entertainers, florists, rental companies, and other businesses that serve local couples.
These relationships help members develop trusted referral partners, stay connected to the local industry, and grow their businesses alongside people who understand their work.
Luncheons
PWG luncheons are generally held every other month, typically on or near the last Wednesday of the month. Each luncheon begins with open networking at 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch and an educational speaker or program. Events conclude around 1:30 p.m., although attendees are welcome to stay and continue networking.
Members receive discounted luncheon registration:
Member registration: $55
Guest registration: $85
Late registration for members and guests: $95
Attendance is limited by the capacity of each venue, which is typically around 100 guests.
Happy Hours
During the months between luncheons, PWG hosts casual happy hours that provide additional opportunities for conversation and relationship-building. These gatherings offer a relaxed setting where members and guests can connect, and drinks, appetizers, or both are generally provided.
Members-Only Lunch and Learn Events
PWG hosts smaller educational Lunch and Learn events throughout the year exclusively for members. These interactive gatherings allow members to explore a specific topic, ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn alongside their industry peers.
Annual Worthies Awards Gala
The annual Worthies Awards Gala recognizes and celebrates the people and businesses that make Fort Worth’s wedding industry exceptional. Members have the opportunity to attend, participate, and help honor outstanding work within the local wedding community.
Online Member Directory
Every PWG member receives a customizable listing in our online directory. Listings can include a business description, photograph, website link, and other company information.
The directory is searchable by business category, helping engaged couples and fellow wedding professionals discover PWG members and learn more about their services.

Membership applicants must:
Be sponsored by a current PWG member
Attend at least one PWG luncheon
Submit a completed membership application
Receive approval from the PWG Board of Directors
Applications are reviewed by the Board at its regularly scheduled meetings. Because board meetings are generally held every other month, approval timelines may vary depending on when an application is submitted.
Membership Dues
Individual membership: $150 per calendar year
Team membership for up to two people: $275 per calendar year
Each additional team member: $50 per calendar year
New-member setup fee: $50
