Professional Wedding Guild of Fort Worth's RSVP policies:
  1. Luncheon/Event reservations may be paid in full prior to the meeting via debit or credit card.

  2. No refund will be given once monies have been paid and no-shows will still be charged the full amount if not paid in advance. We just ask that you contact us so we can prepare a name tag for them. (info (at) pwgfortworth.com)
Please know that we must strictly adhere to this policy because if you make a reservation but are unable to attend, The Professional Wedding Guild of Fort Worth is still responsible for the cost of your reservation.
