The perfect talk to kick off a new year, Rachel will share her wildly popular presentation dealing with business burnout and how to find your way back to what you loved in the first place. She'll discuss issues that every wedding vendor and business owner can relate to, all in an articulate, funny, definitely real (prepare for an F bomb or two!), and incredibly insightful way.
In this interactive, high energy program, we’ll take a look at our beliefs on success, why burn out happens, and how you can enjoy your life, own your joy & absolutely love your success. Rooted in the goal of keeping high performers and awesome professionals in our industry, attendees walk away with awareness about burnout, signs to watch for and how to save yourself and others from saying "F*** this S***".
Rachel Sheerin is a speaker, trainer and sales coach who is focused on helping professionals in the hospitality and event industry who want to increase sales, position their businesses for success, grow in confidence and focus on their passion. Rachel delivers inspiring keynote talks, engaging team workshops and provides one-on-one training packages that take a deep dive into topics such as business plan development, ideal client targeting, sales strategies, referral programs, trade show services and more.
