She runs her own law practice, where she works in contract law, intellectual property, and general business law, as well as her educational resource, The Engaged Legal Collective. She has been named to Virginia’s “Legal Elite” list as well as named a Virginia Superlawyer.

Contracts are such an integral part of working in the wedding and event industry. Caroline will present on tips on actually reading and understanding a contract, industry best practices when it comes to contract clauses, and keys to drafting strong, enforceable statements of work.
