- MEETINGS: The bi-monthly luncheons are scheduled on or around the last Wednesday of every other month, alternating with a HAPPY HOUR in the alternating months, and are open to all active members as well as guests. Meetings start with open networking at 11:00am. Lunch will be served at every meeting, followed by an educational speaker or other fun educational event. There are also plenty of door prizes! The meeting wraps up at 1:30pm, but you are welcome to stay and continue to network. Each luncheon is $85 for guests but only $55 for members and must be paid prior to the luncheon when tickets go on sale. Late registrations for members and guests is $95. Tickets are limited for each meeting based on capacity of venue but is typically around 100 people.
- COCKTAIL PARTIES/HAPPY HOURS: Our bi-monthly Happy Hours, or Cocktail Parties, take place every other month, alternating with the LUNCHEON MEETINGS. The Happy Hours are more casual than the luncheons and allow for more intimate networking and relationship-building. Drinks and/or appetizers of some kind are typically provided at Happy Hour events.
- ANNUAL AWARDS GALA: The date is usually set for this months in advance so follow PWG on social media for announcements for this year's Gala.
- All event registrations/RSVP for Luncheons & Happy Hours must be paid in full prior to the event via debit or credit card.
- No refund will be given once monies have been paid and no-shows will still be charged the full amount if not paid in advance.
Please know that we must strictly adhere to this policy because if you make a reservation but are unable to attend, The Professional Wedding Guild of Fort Worth is still responsible for the cost of your reservation.
