Luncheons

PWG luncheons are generally held every other month, typically on or near the last Wednesday of the month. Each luncheon begins with open networking at 11:00 a.m., followed by lunch and an educational speaker or program. We also have door prizes and plenty of opportunities to connect with other wedding and event professionals. Luncheons conclude around 1:30 p.m., although guests are welcome to stay and continue networking.

Luncheons are open to PWG members and guests. Registration is $55 for members and $85 for guests. Late registration is $95 for both members and guests. Attendance is limited by the capacity of each venue, which is typically around 100 guests.

Happy Hours

PWG Happy Hours take place during the months between our luncheons. These casual gatherings provide a relaxed setting for conversation, relationship-building, and connecting with other professionals in the Fort Worth wedding community. Drinks, appetizers, or both are generally provided.

Annual Worthies Awards Gala

The annual Worthies Awards Gala celebrates the people and businesses that make Fort Worth’s wedding industry exceptional. The date is announced several months in advance, so follow PWG on social media and watch our event calendar for details.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

All luncheon and happy hour registrations must be paid in full by debit or credit card at the time of registration.

Because PWG must provide the venue with a guaranteed attendance count and remains responsible for the cost of each reservation, all event registrations are final. Refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows.
